Thank you very much for this video and for sharing your knowledge. Its very useful. I have only two observations: 1) I would recommend to remove the filling plug before the drain plug to allow air entering into engine for proper oil drainage (vaccum is avoided). 2) I think the procedure you use for checking oil level is not correct and may be dangerous. You should not measure the oil level after screwing and unscrewing the dip stick as shown in the video. Correct way is to s

What is the correct procedure?
@vivianabalduzziwheeler16313 жыл бұрын
After positioning the bike on its center stand and running the engine for about. 3 min, screw out the oil level dip stick, clean it with a dry cloth and plug-in. Do not screw it when checking oil level. Then check the oil level that should be between max and min marks. After checking oil level screw the oil dip stick.

@@453421abcdefg12345 , that is also an option...as long as the magnet is not restricting the flow ( which it will , if its on the filter maize) . D3Shooter: Oh no I did not mean bury it in the filter element, I think sinking it in the centre of the cap where it would be in the middle of the pressure spring, if the cap is thick enough in that area, the super magnets are very small so could be easy to encapsulate in epoxy resin, if you get the coin shaped one, then, with a cover of resin over the bottom of the cap it should be OK. I was under the impression that the wrap provides some insulation to keep all the gasses in the exhaust at the right temp to avoid a drop in power?
