Great progress! How can you compare this to wing foiling? Is it much more difficult? What are the main differences?

I would say it is harder and much more physical. You can blast upwind. It is super fast compared to a wing. No depower like a wing. You can’t put a wing in your pocket and wave ride.

The goal for me is to drive upwind, stow and wave ride. Flat water, freestyle or powered type riding I’d prefer using an inflatable wing. Wing is also just easier to handle and ride.

Nice, I watched your previous video and am glad you are having some more fun (workout included!). This is high on my list of next purchases. I used to windsurf a bit and do some wakeboarding but I'm 220lb (and dropping, should be 190lb as I've learned from my athletics career, an injury messed me up). Any tips on setup for lets say 200lb?

I would take wing foil lesson first and learn to foil before using a parawing. Will be easier to learn. Will also give you an idea on what kind of gear will work for your ability and save you some money.
