Not MDF, that is chip board.

Watched this with the sound off did you? Try it with speakers or headphones, then make another incorrect conclusion.

As ever from BRM no independence, no comparison with similar products from other manufacturers! Just like Mr Ford, any colour you want as long as it’s black! No help whatsoever in making an informed decision!

What's the problem, Karl? Too little time to do your own comparison shopping, or you are just used to having everything spoonfed to you? I pretty much got everything I needed from this including a way to make my own kits by stopping the video and noticing how each board was cut.
