The character arc of Joov learning how to count to 5 is by far the most narrative gripping series on his channel to date. Legit though, it's one of the most entertaining Inscryption playthroughs I've seen due to the fact he just consistently makes the most fascinating decisions instead of just doing math. Hope he tries Kaycee's Mod too.

Since you have finished the 1 act you can have some spoilers for it. If you put some card with poison sigil at firecamp and its gonna be eaten, all people will die and you will have free multiply upgrades at every other firecamp.

Just before this VOD was uploaded I played 2 really cool Totem runs, one gave me 4 bones every time a squirrel died in any way, and the other had it so every time an insect card took damage it spawned a Bee (which are 0 cost insect card,), doing so lets the spawned bees get the glowing blue enchantment thing. This game goes nutty and I love it.

Just got back into the game because of this excellent gamer, and just to give a wacky tip to anyone playing along, get the squirrel totem with an undying sigil totem. Absolutely the most fun run I've had in the game so far.

On the topic of vods and anylytics, if you really do care about the views and numbers, (all good btw of course no shame in that lol) You gotta consider dual streaming on youtube too, they become vods instantly and get into algorithms and can do numbers. according to Moist Critical at least. (if im wrong and joov already dual streams my bad ^^")

I wonder if Joov will continue, given the end of the VOD. Fully understandable if not, since the second act is so different from the first, especially presentation wise and can be a little of a slog. (There is a genuine non-story roguelike mode with the style of act 1 that is available after the game proper, though you need to beat the main story for that one.) I think personally what kept me going when I first played it was the genuine "what the fuck is going on" moment and the mystery of the story.

Honestly Joov if you’re not into the second half id say its skippable. It doesnt really get better imo unless you love ARGs. Gameplay peaks in first half and second half is all like lore and less fun mechanics

I'd like to see yu finish this game on record even if it isn't doing the numbers on YT, mix in some regular TES if you think it will help, you seem to like the game a lot and the few people watching love it to so I think rolling with instead of dropping it would be for the best, Act 1 is the toughest anyways so you will be done relatively fast afterwards anyways 👍
