HSR Dev is leagues better, Genshin still keeps making spiral abyss harder and harder with no changes to rewards whatsoever. Nice run btw! I cleared through that level with a mono cryo team with silverwolf while used Jing on another team.

@@cheesynut content is still content. Never had issues with abyss, I've been clearing it since 1.1. Main issue is the lack of rewards for the increasing difficulty. Just my two cents though. Plus the shitty way genshin devs handled non Liyue 4 star and 5 star.

MoC still gives the same rewards each level. It doesn't increase as the difficulty gets higher.

To be fair, Rewards are mostly the same. The new Memory of Xianzhou is basically the Floor 13+ Endgame Genshin fans has been asking since 1.0. Genshin just refuses to update SA and both are supposed to be a casual games.

@@jamess359 true but here's the thing, MoC difficulty isn't like last abyss difficulty. The rewards are just right and the game is relatively new compared to genshin which perfected the open world stuff but refuses to give better rewards to the players. Like 1.0 abyss was like a bunch of slime in a cryo floor iirc. Compare that to the current abyss we have now, what im trying to say is this. They already have the perfect way for end game players to enjoy but hasnt done anything about it. Honkai impact 3rd did it best imho, where there is a cycle that can be cleared by f2p players as well as min-maxers as well as the whales of the game. Genshin just thinks "oh lets increase the difficulty and provide shit mechanics for players". Thats my frustration at genshin.

It's all a trade off, HSR gets more endgame stuff, but it also gets to powercreep a limited 5-star within a single patch of their release. Meanwhile GI gets no endgame content other than the SA every 2 weeks but the launch 4-stars are still better than every 5-star character after 3 years of the game being out.

@@jonhsmith8238 Blade, a Destruction character with survival/self-healing mechanics and who consumes very little skill points is now the strongest AoE DPS in the game, while Jing Yuan, the character in the AoE-focused DPS class, who needs to consume skill points every turn, was released just a little over 2 months ago ago.

@icenmeteor3489 Literally different element? And JY has the advantage of being a better hypercarry. Also, if you are talking about AoE and ST, Welt is already competitive with him at that. Clara also comes close. Blade gimmick is that he is a sub-DPS that can be a hypercarry if you have 3 5 stars for his premium comp. He is just more flexible, which is more valuable than what JY is. This is less about powercreep and more about JY being mediocre. They don't actually serve the same purpose other than being AoE damage dealer with ST splashes in.

@dankmeimes4274 I would say onpar, not worse. If you are into bruteforcing, he is definitely stronger than Himeko, and if you invest into his supports properly, he is stronger than Clara. His one and only advantage is using Bronya/Asta/Tingyun equally well, and Blade really wants Bronya Bronie combo to be a hypercarry. But I think his sub-DPS role is honestly superior for most people, especially later down the line. Any gimmicky floor requiring certain units will dunk on JY performance, not Blade. Being flexible with teams is honestly so good in this game.

These enemies had like 2x hp of enemies from MoC 10 its actually crazy, even the mobs had like 100k hp i swear my seele can't even proc resurgence. I had seele + jingyuan and supports with max gears and i still cant beat it 🙃

1st half: Seele Pela SW Luocha 2nd half: Blade Bronya Clara Bailu I cleared second half in 4 turns Tip: better to run double debuffer for 1st half, buffers don't work on 1st half. I had to gamble for quantum weakness on first half instead of imaginary, as long as I had quantum weakness implanted, I could win.

I finally beat this memory of xianzhou a week ago when I got my fuxuan as F2P, mono quantum team really help alot in kafka fight and yea this is way harder than MoC 10 because it doesnt have buff that help your run, just pure DPS check and survivability

@LilyAquina and nothing else. If you die, you need more breakers to prevent enemies second action, like you did in the first half. I had a question about your MoC 10(1), but here you did it perfectly. Very enjoyable, thank you. So, I'd try Sushang in the second half. Maybe even with energy rope.

It’s actually easier than moc10 by abusing the floor buff using loucha, natasha and march7 skill whenever you can. Also, focus your attacks on the boss bcz the minions will keep spowning. Thirdly, use single target unit like seele in second half to kill kafka faster and i used clara first half

It's all trade off in terms of content, to get 6 unique combat stages to keep "hardcore" players like you engaged, we get almost no exploration, barely any puzzles, secrets and mini-games, tbf we should be getting way more combat content like this in HSR to compensate for lack of variety. TBH We should we happy that we get both decent games excelling in different areas for players to chose, not being carbon copies but familiar enough for players to jump between them. Your comment in the beginning is unusually snarky. I guess if we treat it in terms of - only combat=better game/devs then HSR will be better than Genshin, but that seem like extreme perspective of someone just being jaded/burntout about Genshin.
