I saw The Cottage this past Wednesday. I found it delightful. A great send up of Noel Coward, and other assorted English farces. It is terrific you got to meet the cast and stand on that stage. I was lucky enough to sit on that stage when Xanadu played the Hayes. Have a great trip!

I am particularly jealous you got to go onstage bc I love that set. As in I almost wish someone would just let me hang out in it on a rainy day bc it'l just looks so comfortable and homey. Very fitting for this show where the cottage is almost a character itself

A little theatre trivia! First I wonder if you two know who Helen Hayes was? She was known as the "First Lady of American Theatre" and the first woman to win the ECOT! I actually saw her in a play when in my teens! Also for you youngun's the Helen Hayes Theatre was also called "The Little Theatre off Time Square" and was my equivilant to the Internet as a way for me to get Broadway news. I lived in Ohio and watched the Merv Griffin show religiously because it was taped in that theatre and had all the latest people and info on Broadway!! Now you see how long I have loved the theatre and why I love you two so much!!🥰🏡
