I don't have a official browser i use my 23 quart pressure cooker with oil, it works just make sure not to overheat the oil, I use peanut oil for its high smoke point

How are you frying it for so long without burning?? The crust is on a verge of burning in less than 10 minutes even on the lowest flame when it barely sizzles
