You can use another composition: beer, flour and mustard until you get the same texture. 1 tablespoon mustard, 200 ml beer, 200 g flour.

Watch the entire video carefully. Do not pass on the film because you might miss many important elements. It's quite short and I think it's easy to follow. I wrote quite large on the film 200 g of flour. The amount of spices is according to everyone's taste, otherwise all the amounts of the ingredients are written on the screen. In the case of mineral water, it is relative. Water is added until you get the consistency of sour cream. You noticed that I used the same 200 g glass in which I also put the flour. After I put as much mineral water as was needed for the composition, I filmed how much was left in my glass, half a glass. So I used about 100 ml of mineral water. It depends on how dry the flour is or how much starch it contains. That's why in this case the quantity is relative.

I used fresch broccoli that I cut it in to pieces and I boiled for 5 minutes. Then I put the broccoli in cold water to stop the heat that could continue the boiling process.

Eu nu mai folosesc sare de cativa ani din motive de sanatate si nici nu mai consider ca sarea da gust mancarii, de aceea folosesc multe plante aromatice. Insa daca dumneavoastra nu aveti nici o problema de sanatate, puteti pune sare dupa gust in reteta.

500 g broccoli, 2 eggs, 200 g flour, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, sweet paprika, curry, (or any spices you love) to taste, mineral water about 100 ml, or until you get the consistency of sour cream and oil to fry the broccoli. You can serve the fried broccoli with tzatziki sauce.
