yes try the home gym. l do weights at home. l don't like the gym. l don't want to dress in gym clothes to impress others. l don't want to travel to the gym it's a waste of time and l don't want to pay gym membership fees. l got myself a set of dumbbells a good skipping rope. rubber stretch band. l use the thin steel rafters in the shed to do pull ups on it works . lol. l can exercise when ever l want l don't have to dress to impress anyone. no fancy outfits. and no wasted time traveling to and from gym and no money wasted on membership

Hi Ami. Try doing glute activation exercises before training glutes/legs i.e clams, resistance band crab walk, donkey kicks, bridges . These activation exercises fire up the glute muscles properly and help you engage and strengthen those muscles during your actual workout. Without activating or warming up the specific muscle you plan on training, you may end up not performing the exercises properly or engage different muscles to one you think you're working on, which in turn means you are working harder for less gains.

You inspire me so much with your boundless energy, I cannot help but watch your channel & feel inspired! After today’s video, I totally understand how you can feel so excited about getting a new kitchen gadget! We feel exactly the same way about our new instapot family member! I have to say though, it’s been Uber-difficult trying to find starch-based solution, vegan, whole foodsy desserts that cook well in the instapot, (other than banana bread, which everyone seems to attempt)! I love your ideas around potatoes and chickpeas as low calorie density desserts! So can I challenge you to ponder on a gluten-free, oat free, nut-free instapot vegan dessert, that’s husband-friendly too?!

I love your videos, also love how you think it's the chickpea milk that made it brown - not the ton of cinnamon in both the fruit and the milk 😂 As for intros, just say hi and get going, we love how real you are. For me squats are best for glutes, but have to really focus on using the glutes to squeeze back up, rather than using the quads. I love BodyPump classes a couple of times a week!

I don't like saying this because I do love what you're doing and it's inspiring me to try out new recipes. I also admire your style of dealing with busy live, just great down to earth and witty you give joy, I love it! The but (spot the butt pro at the gym and ask for tips? ;-)... the chewing sounds are driving me NUTS. It's worse than nails on chalkboard, misophonia is realll and it's awful. It's silly to address it when it's part of your work but it was a bit too much I had to stop. A little less would be great but also very much totally up to you. Maybe some love those sounds! (Also your kids! So adorable!)
