I adore seeing the beautiful Romi enjoying her food. She is the sweetest little thing. I had to giggle when Abe pinched a bit of the tofu while James was cooking. I'm like you and struggle with night time snacking. I keep trying to justify it by saying I've been for a run/ done weights or whatever x

I have alot of the foundational ideas going of this diet plan. Still not where I want to be, but I do like the different food ideas presented on this channel. Hunger cues, preloading, low calorie density, and no cholesterol (big one even if your not vegan but want your LDLs to go down). Edited to say: Yes, even if you're not a vegan and you need to focus on your cholesterol panel, this channel works well. Not sure if Broccoli Mum is aware of this secondary group of people that watch her videos. Zero cholesterol intake will drop your LDLs like a rock without using a statin or cholesterol lowering medication.

So glad you shared the broccoli hack for breakfast! I’ve been having about 1 cup of raw broccoli first thing in the morning with about 2 teaspoons of tahini spread on them. Delicious and satisfying! My hunger goes way down. Then I eat a bowl full of oatmeal with berries-Yum!❤

Hey!! I’m new here but I’m LOVING your content!! I followed you on IG a few months ago mainly because I was wanting to encourage people I know to eat more vegan foods, I think your recipes are awesome so I was sending them to some of the people I know! I was fully raw vegan for the last 2 years but as of a month ago I’m transitioning out of a fully raw vegan diet to an oil free vegan diet. I’m LOVING the inspiration your recipes are giving me as I now find my feet with eating cooked vegan food!! Im an ethical vegan but want to be eating a very healthy vegan diet due to some health conditions I have been using diet to deal with. I love the oil free aspect of your food and also the volume aspect as while I was raw I got used to eating a lot of food! I do not want to loose weight, if anything I want to put on 😂 but I think your food is a wonderful way to get a lot of calories while staying oil free and healthy!! I just add a few nuts and some seeds for some extra healthy!! Anyway; thank you for your content, it’s amazing!! 💚

For breakfast most mornings I have Baked Carrot Cake Oatmeal with a grated carrot, rolled oats, raisins, cinnamon, & a sliced banana& either water or homemade veggie broth & water. I eat it out of the oven without any non-dairy milk. I stopped buying non-dairy milk years ago as I didn't care for the ingredients & couldn't be bothered making it constantly.

I got an Arcmira milk maker because I was tired of searching for a soymilk with just soybeans and water in Canada. I bought organic dry soybeans from a Canadian farm and now I make my own soy milk. The Arcmira cooks the soy beans at the same time as grinding them and making the milk. In 20 minutes I have some lovely fresh soymilk. Kathy Hester has a great video on utube demonstrating the Arcmira.
