Everybody has their song or album that they treasure in a different place in their heart, and No Machine / Bright Future is mine. My daughter was born 16 weeks premature and I spent a lot of time listening to this each day as I walked to the NICU to sit with her. As the sensors beeped and the breathing machine pumped oxygen into her, I would hear Let no machine Eat away our dreams Baby take my hand lets go together And I dreamed about bringing her home. She's home. Thank you Adrienne.

I've been lucky enough to follow Adrianne closely since she was an opening act for other unknowns. I've believed the whole time that she is the most powerful songwriter of her generation, my generation... and perhaps the earlier generations too. Thanks Adrianne for coming to Portland Maine SO OFTEN in those early years.
