I recently pulled my transfer case and there wasnt any gasket between the trans and the transfer case. Just an fyi in case someone sees the same. Great video and nicely explained.

I’m big on OEM filters, I guess tough to get a Mopar trans filter ?

What was the torque that you used in the bolts for the transmission pan ?

Thank you, I went ahead and rtved all the factory gasket locations when I did the reassembly to prevent any other leaks

I wish I had watched this video before I ordered parts! Two different places sent me the wrong seals.

If your seals don’t work go to quadratec.com and look at their extended seal. Apparently the seals on these can wear out the shaft and it’ll still leak so they sell that extended seal to adjust where it seals up to the shaft

That leak was yes but I had another one coming out of a sensor on the driver side haha someone didn’t do a good job on this trans rebuild

BrodyBuilt I’m just kinda concerned to do this with my 01’. I think that’s what’s leaking but I don’t have the skills you do haha. I’ll probably take it somewhere. Great detailed video though. 👍🏻
