Your videos are helpful, informative, just enough detail without leaving out important stuff. The torque specs (as found on Amsoil site) are 20 ft-lb on transfer case (fill and drain plugs) and 22 ft-lb on manual transmission (fill and drain plugs). I appreciate you, brother.

I actually enjoy fluid changes like this. They're fairly easy to do, and I find watching the fluid drain out soothing. It's also a nice feeling driving around the vehicle knowing that they're all fresh fluids in the drivetrain. I bought a fluid transfer pump for like 7 bucks from my local discount store tool section, and it made filling the transfer case and differentials so much easier. I just poured the quarts into a clean 1 gallon container, and just filled from that.

Point of Order: @~7:40 you say "...NPT style thread which means it's National Pipe Thread..." This is not correct. NPT Stands for "National Pipe Taper." There is also NPS which stands for "National Pipe Straight." It's the "P" which means "Pipe" that calls out "Pipe" Thread. NPT threads are typically used on connections that you want to seal mechanically (e.g. water pipe); NPS Threads are typically used where mechanical strength of the connection is more important than the "seal" (e.g. electrical conduit thread)...
