Random stranger here. I've been watching the channel since the start of 2024 and I'm so fucking proud of you! With your injury and having never done a triathlon, I thought it'd get the best of you on race day. I remember checking your number on the Ironman site and seeing that at the time you were 10kms into the run. I genuinely couldn't believe it. I knew at that point you were going to be an Ironman. Obviously, you're not entirely stoked with how things went. Don't stress on your time, it's just an arbitrary number that can be improved with reps. I'm sure I speak for most of us in the comments when I say we'd just be stoked to cross the finish line. You're an absolute hero mate. I have so much respect for everything you've done on this journey ❤

Got very emotive when look back the journey to see how far you've come bro. Just getting it done is a big deal and the final result is not important when you finished it, because every moment in this journey will be a treasure worth treasuing in life and you've got all of them! Looking forward to seeing your next journey and you will always have the support of everyone who loves you!

Hard to Imagin Eating is one of the hardest parts of a Ironman to get right.. You can Train 30 hours a week but it will not madder a bit if the eating fails .=) .. first mistake is changing up what you eat too much .. I have done 2 full ironmans 11-13 hours so Hobby level stuff .. But I have never done more than 3-4 Geels The speed we go in the body can still absorb some normal food so stick to normal like High5 energy in the bottels when you bike and get some solid foods energy bars .. And also dont drink the Damm Seawater I have a huge suspicion that this is where your body said Feek you this is too mutch salt .=) .. I have to say this PLZ try again if you get the time .=) And Grats and welcome in the Ironman Club . =)
