Currently September right now, just wondering if you’ve done the 70.3 and if you are soon then best of luck.

@@Ethan-wi6ji Hi! I didn't do a 70.3 but I completed a 2.5km open water swim race today and set a new PB by nine minutes!! I did some sprint tris this summer but have been focusing more and more on swimming.

Absolutely fantastic effort, dude. Just finished my last hard training block for the Ironman World Championship and the fatigue has made my self-talk a little less positive lately. I know to control my emotions but sometimes it’s nice to hear someone else say it so thank you for driving home the importance of the mental aspect. Got into Ironman training in 2019 to get myself out of an all-time low so your message at the end really hit home for me. Thank you for sharing your journey. You’re an inspiration to us all! Cheers

Impressive at an almost incomprehensible level. Truly inspiring message about the source of your motivation. You have worked for and achieved something harder than most can understand and you should be proud of yourself. Thank you for now being a catalyst for inspiring and motivating me.

Just started training for my first triathlon, with the end goal being an iron man in a couple years... But my god... You sir, are a monster! I really loved the chats through not just the physical impacts of this, but the mental too. Gives me some great tips that I can and will be implimenting within my own training!
