Hope you’re feeling better soon! Protein can definitely be filling-it's great for keeping you full, but it can make getting all your calories in a challenge, especially with all that walking. Rosie sounds like a sweet dog, and the park walk was a nice way to get outside even while you're feeling under the weather. Hang in there, and keep up the good work-you're doing awesome!

That's what protein does; it fills you up!! It is very satiating. Also, try using your goal weight for your stats in the app. It'll be easier for you to eat your meals. I've been in your situation before. Also, look at Shredded Chx Breast pizza crust; it's pretty good. Keep getting after it!

Hey man I've been watching your videos for a little while now and I just want to say keep it up! They are really great to watch. Last year I went from 436 lbs down to about 180 - 175 lbs now but of course the journey never ends! Gotta maintain it now which is it's own challenge lol. You got this though if you just stay consistent. Also I'm a cat person too haha

Also if you want a good low calorie high protein pizza recipe I would check out Remington James' recipe for flatbread pizza. I eat that pretty much every week. Depending on how you make it, it can be around 550 calories and 80 grams of protein.

Rice has slightly more protein than wheat flour, that's probably why he used it. I would guess he was also trying to spice it up for people are just doing chicken and rice for their meals and decided to turn what their already eating into different so they won't get tired of it. Glad your wife is so supportive, that's huge with a lifestyle change!

That weight loss and fitness will get you some vascularity later so you don't have to get needled twice, hahahah! I was just dog-sitting until Sunday. Dogs are love, but I tend to think it's better to have a neighbor, friend or a family member with a dog instead: for all of the dog benefits and none of the dog maintenance.
