Broiled / Grilled ‘Cured Chicken’ Wings or Drumettes: Easy & Delicious way to cook/meal prep at home

This recipe shows you how to easily season and cook chicken wings or drumettes that you will cook again and again if you try them!
Season the meat and store in a container for at least three days to let the salt/seasonings penetrate the meat which will make it retain moisture and flavor during cooking and blowing your mind with every bite!
NOTE: Three or four days is about the max you'd want to leave it in a refrigerator before cooking. Freezing the chicken for a few weeks immediately after seasoning is ok. Allow the chicken to fully that before cooking in a small electric oven (like mine), a large oven’s broil rack, or on a BBQ grill.
