Same here, I don’t want anything here to get replaced anytime soon. I’d be gutted if the barriers get replaced, let alone the bells - I’ve suddenly become nostalgic for these barriers and bells, even though I never actually grew up with them myself!

Great video and crossing! Shame the bell on your side broke, hopefully Network Rail fixes it or replaces it with a newer one, but doesn't replace it with an alarm! The gate arm on that mechanism looks rather new though, so it seems NR might not have any plans on upgrading anything here for a while yet.

Yeah, all the arms are fairly new (around 3 years old), so I don’t see any reason why they should be replaced in the meantime.
