Broken cooling fan temporary fix was needed on a 2016 Volvo S60 inscription

Here is my temporary fix on a broken fan I used older fan from older model with dual fan set up but it worked fine I ended up using dual set up module which also works on a single set up, new fan is on the way so for now s60 is back on the road

May I know how you check if the fan module is not working? Or can you just replace the fan module only instead both big fan and the module?

My fan is not working and I have warning lights high temperature stop the car. My Mechanic say is the compressor problem that is too hot and the fan can’t spin due to the high temperature

Did you figure out what the issue is? I have a similar issue with the fan and not sure if it's the fan or something else
