I’m experience with my kids father was hell. I was blinded by love. Think back today I wonder y I even tolerated all that I did. The emotional pain was worst than the physical pain for me. It’s been five year’s since I been with him. Im proud of myself that I’m not in the situation anymore and and pray my daughter and son never have to deal with pain like that. I don't know if I will ever heal. Mother tried to kill me as a teen. Sister tried a few years ago. Dad promised if I come back it will hell, worse than it already was. Horrible stepmother. Stepfather is nice, SOMETIMES. No friends cause i dont trust. I've gotten help, many times. But it don't erase the memories or the pain of knowing you ARE unwanted, even at birth, parents didn't want 2 kids. I'm lucky #2. I wish I was my sister. She's so loved. And supported. Im so alone and stuck in my roommates cause I don't have a life. Motivation is just to hard to find. Nightmares wreck my nights, waking up screaming and moaning, sweating to death. Flashbacks flood my days and panic attacks soon follow. Someone just show me something different in this life.. 🥺

Oh my goodness! I pray things get better for you. I was abused as a kid severely, I grew up in 13 different foster homes where I was physically, mentally and verbally abused. I understand it’s definitely rough feeling like you’re not wanted by anyone. It’s extremely painful and rough knowing your unwanted by your own flesh and blood who gave birth to you. Sweetheart it’s their loss if they can’t see how great you are and how special you are. Never let someone or anyone in this world make you feel like you aren’t worthy of love. You were born to do great things in life, I hope this helps you a little bit. I’m 25 and still deal with night terrors and nightmares from the gruesome things I’ve endured as a child growing up. It isn’t going to be easy with getting past the memories but the pain does ease up eventually just takes time. God bless!

It is extremely difficult to get passed that feeling. I know from experience. I had the same problem growing up. And to make matters worse was the fact that I was adopted by them. Just so I could be their punching bag. I am 48 and I still go through so much pain because of everything I went through. I have made bad relationship judgements because I was so damaged and just looking for a way out. One thing I can say is that I have gotten help and I have been on my own raising my three boys by myself. You definitely don't need anyone. You are stronger than you believe. When the right person comes along though they will be worthy of your love because you certainly will not settle for anything less than you deserve. I am still in one. Going on three years now. He makes me feel like I'm nothing without him. He is physically emotionally and mentally abusive. But he is all I have. He always puts me down. When I want to talk about my feelings..he shuts me down. I also have a drug problem and drinking problem. I want to stop but it's got worse bc of the situation I'm in with him. He just says I don't wanna stop and I'll never get better. But I can't talk to him about what I'm really feeling. Iv been suicidal...like....idk what to do. I can't talk to him about anything about myself...my feelings..my opinions. All he says is I'm worthless and I'll never change. He accused me every day of cheating...it's sooo much to deal with. And he wonders why I drink every day and use drugs still. I Kno I need to go. But I have no one else....no where else. I'm trapped. Lord help me before he really hurts me for good.
