We removed our flange screw with an angle grinder as the screw kept spinning and wouldnt come out. Pliars wouldn't do it. The angle grinder did the job to cut the screw in half in order to remove it. Hope that helps.

Good video, thanks!! ❤ Is there a way to make the pulling of the mountain top tonneau cover slacker or tighter. Ours is very tight to pull and push after unlocking it. I know we could lubricste it, but I wonder if there is an adjustable mechanism? Vehicle is a UK 2017 Nissan Navara. Thanks.

Unfortunately you do not explain how to remove the old bolt!

It says in the video at 1:50 to remove the centre bolt with a 4mm Allen key, if yours does not have this particular type of bolt then use the appropriate tool to do so.
