Oh how I love this woman! My lifetime inspiration! Greatest rock vocalist of all time IMO. Can’t wait to see them back out in 2025!

Ann is the best rock singer ever, one of the best (and most underrated) lyricists, and an amazing human being

Yes, Heart was really amazing live in 1979 when I first saw them with the original members. They still aren't that bad nowadays!

Ann Wilson is super-talented. I've seen her with Heart, solo with a backing cover band (when she sang Don't Give Up, a salty liquid came out of my eyes), and A Walk Down Abbey Road. Her voice is unmatched.

I really like the questions about family life! It’s so relatable. Also I think I’m a lot like Anns mother 😂💙 I too listen to their audio book and the interviews and I always enjoy the personal fluffy questions the most. I am an open book myself so I hope Ann enjoys the questions as much as we do. I love the deeper conversations over the surface talk. Great interviewer, also a great LISTENER!

Just got through listening and read the WaPo article this morning...and the question I would have asked was, why would you, who just had knee replacement surgery and, as Ann is quoted saying in the article, just got over a respiratory illness ... why on Earth would any of you and your MGMT think that now was the right time for a tour? Sad to see after all of these years they have such poor mgmt and people around them that just don't give a damn about their legacy. I've been listening to Heart since I was 12. I have seen almost all of their live performances that have been recorded audio/video and saw them live like 6 times throughout my lifetime during various stages of their careers and she sounds TERRIBLE. I REALIZE that a woman at 73 can't sound like she did at 25 or even 45 but this is really bad. It's not some kind of cough illness. She's got a serious vocal problem and she's not tending to it. And her just sitting in a chair is a bad look. Before I found out about the knee surgery, I thought she was dying and not telling anyone. And let me just say, the band's recording career started in 1975 and some would argue 1976. Usually, bands life span is when they actually broke through with a first LP and not when they formed in a garage whenever. They could have waited another 2 years 2025 or 2026 (Dreamboat Annie debut year anniversary) when Ann was healthier and better rested.

I guess we know why she's been having trouble, now. :( I wonder if it's lung cancer or throat. Glad she let her fans know. Hopefully, she'll be ok! Looks like they caught it early, fingers crossed! Just love her!

@@jenniferleigh383 Lung or throat God I hope not. That would be horrible. But it would explain the way she sounds recently. I don't agree with her politics but she is one of the best singers in history and I grew up on Heart and just hope she makes it out of this.

Well! Their are many band / artist where it took 20 years before they made thir first record. So your argument about when someones legacy start is not right.
