Honestly Geto was used really well in the story, I just wish we coulda really seen that special grade power aside from his quantity of quality gimic. His CT is the coolest in the series at least in my opinion and seeing more techniques from him like his domain expansion or using uzumaki to transfer that CE into his physical stats rather than a beam

His ct is definitly full of potential: from just being able summon every curse he consumes to being able to use their cursed technique yourself. Kenjaku truly Shows how to utilize his ct in every aspect. From long to close range. Mini uzumakis, cursed shield, high grade curses with ct's. And we still havent even seen all it could bring. What about a reversal of it? Or the Domain AND what i find most Intriging and what we only Find out in an interview of geges is that he is able to merge curses, fuse them not just like in uzumaki but as a new curse. I think thats what kenjaku also showed in what he had planned. A huge curse led by cursed spirit manipulation

I think Mai Zenin would be a good option for a video. Just to see what Mai could accomplish if she had access to all of her cursed energy if Maki died instead of her. Since we saw Maki got a massive boost of power because of the twins being a curse, then who's to say Mai couldn't receive the same type of power boost. Considering what we saw Yorozu accomplish with the same technique, Mai could be a strong soceror if circumstances were different.

@@BrokenRonin Hey, Something you kinda missed in the video is the idea of vengeful spirts, he could hunt down a bunch of grade 1s almost kill them but ultimately kill them without jujutsu, those grade 1s might become special grades or at least strong spirts, you do this enough that you can do it to a special grade, say yuki, then there’s a chance you can get to gojo levels of power.

Mai wouldn't have really gotten any stronger. The way it worked was Maki was basically supposed to be Toji but stole some of Mai's CE which made the heavenly restriction not work... But Maki still had nearly 0 CE... so it shouldn't have made much of a difference for Mai to get it. The only reason Maki turned busted was Maki then finally got her 0 CE to become Toji 2.

Which means if either one of them was born alone... you'd have Maki being Toji 2 still OR Mai would literally be Mai with the tiny amount of extra CE Maki possessed. Mai used all the CE they had, which let Maki's heavenly restriction effectively begin to function. Though you could argue a Mai born without Maki holding her back would actually train to master her technique better than the canon one... but atleast if in the Zenin clan massacre arc? no, Mai would've just become slightly stronger. Mai just not born as a twin and raised to master her technique? maybe could've become Yorozu too, but nothing implies that as far as I can tell.

I heard that gege initially wrote jjk 0 as a stand alone, not planning to make it into a series, so that explains why he Geto died so early. Its not just Rika, hanamai, jogo, mahito, and dagon, which is already a busted as hell combo but he also has the oportunity to obtain the cursed spirits like kurourushi, tengen, and cursed spirit nouya, so much raw potential its insane and I dont know if you can consider kenjaku or sukuna true cursed spirits but after a long hard fought battle there a chance he could absorb them, like imagine a timeline where gojo and sukuna are on their last leg and geto swoops in and just snatches sukuna, that would realistically put him on gojos level, not sure where we would put kenjaku in this timeline where geto doesnt die but thats another topic for another day

I think if you gave Geto both Rika and Reverse Curse Technique, hes definitely one of the strongest in the verse. But you missed something really important when comparing him with Gojo, the curses he summons as shikigami can use their own domain expansions. Domain expansions are a way for Geto to hit Gojo and he can just keep summoning things with their own domain expansion to stop infinity. He honestly doesn't even need a domain expansion himself, he simply has to figure out a way to avoid getting his summons domains crushed.

This hypothetical is much scarier than you might think. Not only would he have rika but its also likely that hed absorb the disaster curses instead of working with them and mahito ,who if he grew to his max potential was said to possibly rival a 20 finger sukuna, would have the extra power from rika's cursed energy. On top of that if he gets to that point, he could use maelstrom to steal megumi's technique and summon mahoraga to claim them. If you didn't know using the ten shadow's technique gives the user the properties of the summoned shinigami, including mahoraga's adaptability SPOILERS Using this adaptability, much like sukuna does, geto would be able to learn how to counteract gojo's infinity and apply that power to his army of curses. So now he has a rika, mahoraga and mahito all that can bypass infinity. The only thing thats left is the ability to spam a domain expansion like gojo and sukuna and geto would easily be the most powerful character in the series

And that's after almost a year of additional training. And Sukuna and Gojo each have crazy CE efficiency; and can even do their domains multiple times in a day and such. He'd probably be enough to spook Gojo and give him a close but lost fight just like when they were in school.

@@Ruggi21 uh at the end of Volume 0 it was said that Yuta is what Made Rika that powerful because he's related to Gojo and another famous sorcerer he's just blessed with that much CE and he accidentally cursed Rika when she died and after the movie the curse was Broken and Yuta just got all that CE... and then Yuta trained for an additional year on top of that... and still has less CE than Sukuna by a wide margin. I'm not comparing Vol 0 Rika to Modern Rika. I'm comparing Vol 0 Rika to modern Yuta who should be stronger and have more CE than Vol 0 Rika And who cares how many curses Geto absorbs? Most of them are fodder. Kenjaku says as much, and that the best strategy isn't to take the curses CE for himself... but to instead put his CE into his curses.

I think with acquiring Rika one ability Geto could have gotten is cursed spirit fusion where he could be able to store the spirit orbs in Rika like how yuta does with techniques. With this ability it would have been fun to see the story show Geto going around Japan collecting more spirits and creating fusions of two cursed spirit or a maximum of 3 cursed spirits. Another way i see the story going is Geto collecting Sukunas fingers not all but atleast ten and with these he feeds 10 of his cursed spirit with potential and evolves them. After that he still fuses the evolved curses with other cursed spirit to create an omega curse who is sentient like the disaster curses but they are totally subservient to Geto. I know the story is wild 😂😂 but these kind of chaos is fitting for jjk and it would have been a great build up for sukuna as we could have seen the characters going on a wild goose chase trying to stop Getos plan of wiping monkeys and them fighting his omega curses(grade 1 to special grade with op cursed techniques or manipulation of cursed energy to perfom spells and chants not known to sorcerers and other would have been straight up hand to hand master combatants and weapons experts). New characters could have been introduced and they could have addressed the situation of sorcery in other towns in japan and other underground jjs factions who practice unconventional jujutsu. I know the story is wild but i would appreciate if you guys contribute on how the story would have gone if geto developed such an ability and how he would have clashed with the villains and heroes

Geto had the potential to be on par with gojo or at least very close to him. He can literally manipulate the curses, literally the perfect ability for the jjk verse. I honestly wish geto had taken yuta seriously from the beginning of their fight and won it, or at least learned rct so he could heal his arm and survive. If you think about it Geto with Rika vs Gojo would be the same as what we are seeing now with Sakuna (ten shadows) vs Gojo The difference is with this Geto potentially able to summon back to back domain expansion to stop Unlimited Void from hitting him (due to Rika's curse energy battery + learning reverse curse technique). The fight would be Geto and Gojo in a boxing match, but with Geto having thousands of goons/Rika on his side in that boxing ring. If even lets say Geto cant heal his Curse technique he should have a really big chance of winning the first domain battle. Its like Dagon's Domain expansion shikigamis, but those shikigamis are as strong as Disaster curse spirits while fighting a Gojo that cant use Limitless due to battling Domains with Geto Also don't forget during Volume 0. Rika sacrificed herself just to unleash a blast strong enough to counter half of Geto's strongest Uzumaki.

Thing is, we might never get to see Full Potential Geto, as his potential is seemingly infinite. Kenjaku is running the series with CSM is a testament to how strong CSM is as a technique, and he's probably still far from peak CSM. The thing about CSM is that it has no upper cap on how many curses and CTs the user can have at their disposal. What if in tens of thousands curses, there are those with broken CTs but in general are too weak to use their CTs properly? Simple, Geto/Kenjaku can just extract their CTs and use it himself. Mahito is an example of a curse with a broken CT.

Can Kenjaku even absorb Rika since she ONLY exits as manifestation of Yuta’s CE and CT? Even if he could absorb Rika copy/mimicry is Yuta’s CT. Wouldn’t all the CT’s that Rika has disappear once Geto absorbs Rika? Last time I check CSM doesn’t have the ability to copy, absorb or steal CT’s. I don’t believe Geto would have access to those CT’s inside of Rika. Even if could Gojo found out about Yuta’s. family history. All he has to do is release the curse he put on Rika and bye/bye Rika for Geto. The Rika he stole will be gone. At the end of the day I don’t believe he could absorb Rika since she was created by Yuta. She only exists because of him and can’t be replicated. Geto was the same age as Gojo when he died. but you are wrong about a few things Mimicry is not yuta's technique, his CT was confirmed to be the ability to summon rika and that's the reason why he only can use mimicry in the 5 minutes she's out. rika grants yuta the techniques stored in her body by their connection so I'm assuming if geto controlled her he would gain all the stored techniques since it's already inside her body. Also the rika that was at the beginning of the series was a cursed spirit like any other so that one he could definitely absorb but this new rika is different she's much weaker and he now has a time limit to summon her so I'm assuming that if yuta dies while the new rika is out she just disappears. The last point is also wrong gege (the author) stated that when geto was fighting yuta he could have used all of his curses during maximum uzumaki and if he did he would easily have won, it's assumed that he didn't because he underestimated yuta which to be fair geto was gonna win until yuta placed a condition on himself that allowed rika to basically kill him after they won the battle, luckily she chose not to

She exists as Yuta’s manifestation of his CT and CE but in JJK 0, when he is inexperienced and unconscious about his power and she has soul inside her, she somewhat exists independently of Yuta. So if Geto would absorb her then he would gain access to all of Yuta’s abilities except for domain expansion. Also the curse could only be broken by Yuta and Yuta would be dead in that scenario. Gojo physically could not break the curse even if he knew how to do it. Also when it is said that Geto would defeat Yuta with all his curses, it’s kind of implied that it would a straight 1v1 without outside intervention. Ofc otherwise it would be much harder for Geto to execute the plan.

All I’ve read has been fan’s speculation on conditions. If Rika is his CT then how can she be a cursed spirit? Rika soul was released. All those CT’s Rika stores are apart of Yuta’s innate CT. It was purposed that once Geto steals/absorbs Rika then he will have access to all the CT’s she has stored. I can see if it was cursed tools and weapons only but the CT’s are a part of Yuta’s innate technique. How can he use them without having a CT compatible with utilizing others CT’s? Like Kenjaku can us CT’s of those of bodies he take over or Yuta can use others CT’s because it’s part of his innate CT. Without the innate ability how will he be able to utilize it. It suspect as hell. Also since Rika was cursed by Yuta wouldn’t his death release the curse and free Rika soul? Yes I saw in the fanbook Gege said if he used all his CS he would’ve won. Very similar to the disaster curses. If Geto kills Yuta, Rika will go into berserk mode. I don’t think he’ll be able to exercise her. At least not before Gojo arrives. Not long after Yuta woke up Gojo was there. Knowing him he was probably watching from the shadows. Waiting to see the outcome.

But if he would come out healthier cuz he would fight with his full power instead of roughly 60% of his power like in real case, then he could exorcise Rika afterwards. Rika would function on her own, but she would be dumb as hell at the same time. She is not on the same level of intelligence like disaster curses and she would just fight Geto with raw power and 0 strategy. She perhaps wouldn’t even use cursed techniques manifestations/copy without anybody else’s command. About Gojo arriving to stop him, it also would only be the case if the fight would go on as long as the original fight and if Geto would fight full power, then he would also kill Yuta faster. Ofc here he would also need extra time to exorcise Rika and it’s debatable how much time he would spend on both fights in total. On top of that, it would be an absolute win for Geto if no person would be aware of Geto’s real plan. Then Gojo wouldn’t rush to college (or would come significantly later) and Inumaki & Panda wouldn’t arrive and Yuta wouldn’t have as big of a mental amp as he received in original case. Geto was a BEAST it always made me sad to see how people fails to recognize how powerful he was. Geto turned into a villain when he was in high school so he was only 16-17 years old. He didn't unlock his true potential yet and we didn't get to see more of him until JJK 0. Yes he's not as strong as Gojo obviously none of the sorcerers in JJK universe is. Buuutttt on the night parade of a hundred demons he released so manyyy demons. Yet still beat up panda, maki and inumaki. His hand to hand combat skills are insaneelllyyy good and he was deff a special grade sorcerer and had immense amount of cursed energy. I just feel like the concept of special grade is something we don't really understand bc we mostly only saw Gojo as a special grade shaman and he is at the highest level so comparing any of the other special grades to him would do them no justice. Most of Geto's powers were unfortunately not truly explored however i would've looved to see it. He has one of the coolest and the most interesting techniques and i would've loved to see how his domain expansion would be like and if it would change depending on the curses in his armory.

Geto gets massively underrated mainly due to recency bias and an underdeveloped power system in Vol 0. Hypothetically speaking, he has no power ceiling, and many don't understand what that means exactly. To put into perspective, a 4,000 curse fueled Maximum Uzumaki was slightly weaker than a binding vow Love Beam from Yuta. As stated by Gege, had Geto not divided his curses and used all 6,000 curses, he would've beat Yuta. 6K Uzumaki > Binding Vow Love Beam. Love Beam is also slightly weaker than Ryu's Granite Blast, someone who canonically has the greatest CE output in history. Now imagine if Geto had 10K curses, or even more... His potential cannot be capped and that alone is why I rate him so high, even amongst the other Special Grades (excluding Gojo).

Till this day, my least favorite thing about JJK was Gege's decision to have Kenjaku parading around in Geto's body. Geto is one of the coolest characters in the series, and he really deserved to either live and get more development or die and let that be the end of him. The whole Kenjaku using his body was always so wack to me.
