It's called the "4Monster". I got it on Amazon. There are many similar folding backpacks available there in various sizes. I'd avoid the smallest since they are so light you'll have more flexibility with the greater capacity ones. They are a great thing to have on the bike. There's really no weight gain and they give you the option of carrying home unexpected purchases.

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately that measurement wasn't given when I ordered the bags. That's why I provided multiple angle views so hopefully the viewer can judge whether or not the bags will meet their needs. The little foldable backpacks are available with different size/capacities listed on Amazon. Hope that helps.
