Are you sure you hooked it up right? I ask because you point to the pre-installed fitting on the prv block of the pressure control system and call it an outlet. On my kit that fitting is pre-installed on an inlet of the prv block. So perhaps you routed your airlines improperly to the prv block. And it clearly shows that in the kit instructions
