He literally died and was reborn on the court. When he unlocks that "This could be my last game," type of mentality plus the work ethic he's only going to get better at, I think his ceiling could be an All-Star but he will really have to bust his ass and put the numbers up and keep consistency.

I give him 2 years max and he will be more than people thought he could be in the NBA. Why? work ethic, desire, and his dedication to the sport despite being the son of billionaire. This kid is as humble as guy who came from nothing to be something. Remember, he could just lay around the house for the rest of his life and do absolutely nothing and still be rich so he definitely not doing this for the money. I say all that to say this he not driven by money only. This is strictly for the love of the sport. People who do something they really love 9 out 10 times are extremely successful because the evil of money is not what drives them to be great at what they love to do. .

Needs more work on handles working into his shot or driving to the basket for high percentage layup. I hope he was taking note of Garland who did that to him several times. On defense I would love to see his hands more active. He doesn't even pretend like he's going for the steal which can throw the offensive player off. I do like that he sticks close on defense and mostly keeps the opponent in front of him. His jumper is looking purer every time I see him. Like others have said, in a few years he's going to be special.
@wt3work2 ай бұрын
Everyone needs more work on everything in all we do as humans. Why else you think people like Kyrie with extremely high level of handles still works tirelessly on his handles even though it already comes natural to him. Greatness comes from from your work ethic which is something Bronny is showing he has so to me we just got to wait and see how it all shapes out for him. I am not going to marginalize him based on what he has or has not accomplished yet. Why? He is only 19 years old and has a chance to change the negative narrative around and about himself by proving people totally wrong. It would be a hater mentality for me to say what you can and can't do in the future or for me to even know what drives you or what type of desire you have, what type of work ethic you possess. This is why it wrong for people to say what a person will be or what they will be so just let it play out. All of us are different.

@mrxexes2 ай бұрын
The challenge for Bronny, like many other talented young players entering the league is that he is such a rhythm shooter, that once he gets on the real court instead of being able to establish a rhythm, he has to be a facilitator, and often thinking too much can destroy your focus ending any type of chance to get into a productive flow. Once the game comes to him making it less cerebral, he will stop overthinking and shooting naturally as he has always been able to do in practice, this is often referred to as the game slowing down, when it really becomes one with the game without thinking too much about it, freeing more energy that can be used to focus on shooting setting up the defense.

I’ve been following high school, AAU, college and the NBA for over 20yrs. And I’ll keep saying this: the kid can play. He has superb athleticism, plays good on ball defence and his shot release looks good. Once he gets used to the big crowds and starts feeling comfortable, you gonna the full potential on display. I know a lot of people hate on the kid because he’s LeBron’s son. But do you think Bron would go to bat for him like this if he wasn’t good enough to play in the league? He knows what Bronny can do.

If I had the chance to talk to Bronny, I would tell him to stop making his shot so difficult, he should "create" Easy shots instead of "forcing" a make for difficult shots. My example is Kyrie, the way he practices he practices using his skills to create his shot and getting to his favorite spots. Kyrie doesnt force things and thats the difference between all these other 1 v 1 players.
