He is always going to be considered a bust. Think about it. You’re lebron James’ son and you didn’t make the league? You’re a bust. You do make the league but you ride the bench? Bust. You make the league but you’re a role player? Unless he is an all star caliber player, he wont be able to escape the criticism.

@@QualityAstroCartography it's probably why Bronny defers so much. There's a video out saying Bronny passes too much and isn't nearly as aggressive looking for his own shot as he could be. when you have a domineering dad that doesn't really let you be you, it neuters your dominance/aggression (too much).

Hes insinuating lebrons son will have to have his father come in and save his career the same way Doc saved Austin’s career from being out of the league. Honestly? At this point, it's child abuse. The boy is clearly not good enough to even get drafted, and every time you talk to Lebron and his future plans, it's Bronny this and Bronny that. This is an unhealthy pressure to put on the shoulders of a kid who is not gifted enough to do what his dad feels like doing. Not once have we given his son a chance to tell us what HE wants to do. The whole life of the kid had been mapped out by his dad because he thinks it would be cool. It's rubbish. Maybe don't humiliate your own child because YOU want something to crown your career. What a way for Lebron to fully ruin not only his own legacy but the beginning of Bronny's; a team signs Bronny and pisses away role players and potential future to bring Lebron in too. The coach is forced to start both James and every play down the floor lebron is passing to to Bronny who loses the possession. Bronny's confidence is already waning from not being drafted AND is being criticized because he cant convert on plays his father forces himself into. @@jmoney4220ridiculous 1. Illinois is a basketball school. Basketball wise USC is not on the level of Illinois success and national status historically, currently, or even in campus interest. No one with a slight knowledge of college hoops would suggest that. It's like saying Illinois football is on the same level as USC. It's an insult. In addition both of Jordan's sons had better stats than Bronny, just sayin' 2. Bronny being PLACED on the McDonald's All American team was very controversial and isn't a reflection of his talent. The general consensus is that it was done because of nepotism and politics instead of merit. Bronny was named to the SECOND team of his league, showing he was considered a second tier player in his own city. No other McDonald's All American in history was named on a second team of their own city or league. 3. LeBron did say and implied that. Google is free, use it. In addition this has nothing to do with hate. It's amazing every time there's a critique of Bronny or slight legitimate criticism of his GAME (that's backed up with stats and facts,) it's always "hate". The more apparent it becomes that Bronny is just not that good, the more emotional his supporters become. It's not that serious, get out of your feelings. He'll be fine. LeBron is still not going to know or care about you if you continue to cap for Bronny or not.

He’s not even ready for the g league tbh. The dude is averaging 5 points on 30% shooting against mid level competition in college. We’ve seen kids that dominate in high school not make it in the nba. An undersized combo guard that can’t shoot, has sub par ball handling and isn’t a freak athlete. Yeh I’m sry but if he wasn’t lebrons son there’d be absolutely zero chance of him making an nba roster.

Everyone in the comments got their opinions but something I haven't seen is the fact that Bronny was born and grew up wealthy. LeBron was the opposite. When you grow up with nothing and get the opportunity to prove yourself and make a ton of money in the process..ya he had some motivation. IDK why people thought Bronny was just gonna grow up and be a clone of his dad. I never thought I'd get Lavar Ball vibes from LeBron tho. 😂 "Bronny could beat me AND Michael if he wanted to!" But for real Bronny is cursed. Weather or not he has the talent, the media will be waiting like vultures unfortunately.

Yeah I mean that’s the point though. Their family has generational wealth and you can’t expect bronny to have that same drive. I know this is corny but it’s like a goku gohan thing. Dude just wants to be a scholar so let him. Talent skips a generation sometimes whys lebron forcing his son into this role.

@businesspartners619

@@mrtony80wealth can ruin your drive so it has to come from within, you need to want if as bad as the poor guy who won't eat if he doesn't make the team. You need to want to go through pain to succeed. The last time I heard anything about what Bronny is thinking is that he wants to stay in school all 4 years and doesn't think it is good for his career if his, dad waits to play with him. Maybe that's why he's never interviewed because his dad is all about himself. If bronny did say this, he sounds like a smart kid, also a rich kid who wants to chill in school and have fun. He dates white girls. He's comfortable and knows his limitations as a player, doesn't need to bust his ass since he's famous and wealthy without doing so.
