This really gets me. Brook rarely drops his happy go lucky demeaner. Keeping his and other peoples moral up is his coping mechanism afterall. The sight of the whales cracked him however and we got a glimpse of the broken man he is. Desperately pleading, singing and screaming at a pod of wild whales, shaking and breaking into tears. For such a flamboyant guy brook really prefers to blend into the background so seeing this is always a treat

I dont care if it takes 5 episodes from going back up the mountain to the reunion. Dont shrug off Hana-ossan's reaction to Brook now being a skeleton. Infact, dont have Laboon see Brook until he plays Binks sake on his violin!! Let Laboon first see the strawhats for a moment and then.. Let 'er rip, Brook. On the covers in the manga, Krokus have seen in the paper the present shape of the Brook and normally the photo was otreagiroval, with a smile, was glad to see Laboon happy and he was happy to know that someone from that team are still alive (or not alive. Good news guyssss It's possible that Brook has already reunited with laboon during the time skip, but Oda hasn't outright told us about it yet. Brook's goal was to reunite with Laboon once he was able to visit him, but he wasn't able to until Luffy saved him. Also, Brook after the time skip was willing to be published on newspapers, and he was also willing to sacrifice his afro. Previously, Brook had valued his afro because he believed that Laboon wouldn't recognize him without the afro. He also didn't want to be on the newspaper in case Crocus found out Brook was still alive, but didn't visit Laboon, which would lead to Laboon feeling very sad. TLDR: Brook has most likely already reunited with Laboon, we just haven't been told about it

Whales are migratory. This whale had the same scars like laboon. I think the red line is artificially placed blocking the migratory path of whales. If we destroy the “artificially” placed redline with the use of ancient weapon pluton, we get one big ocean or ALL BLUE and all the oceans would be in ONE PIECE. And Luffy would be the freest person on the sea without any redline blocking his adventures to different part of the ocean. Keeping it here if this theory comes true. PS not my theory exactly, but I added my own thoughts to it. The original theory is courtesy of Arlong Park forum from 2013.
