Chopper's Fruit is more than what it seems, It gets a lot of powers that regular humans don't have, It makes chopper Giant, and it grows both his fur and his horns. My assumption is that with Humans and some species there are so many possible varieties of it that many were not fully catalogued hence some were given the generic name of The human Human fruit. Given the Power level of this fruit as we've seen throughout the series I am assuming this is a mythological zoan. Given that it's main property appears to allow chopper to increase the size and length of his body, I bet we'll find the answers in the land of giants. Maybe they find some temple or they visit a town that worship the previous owner of the fruit.

Incidentally that is exactly what Chopper's Fruit looks like. Panacea is actually a real world myth with ties to one entity, The God of the Wilds (and Beasts) , Pan. A creature/god that varies in size from Human sized to that of a very large tree, with Horns and Fur and Human like qualities. Which so far would perfectly describe Chopper's abilities. If Chopper did consume the Hito Hito No Mi Model : Pan, there would be a few implications: - Chopper could potentially create an entire forrest of Healing Cherry blossoms. Maybe against his eventual fight with Doc Q? A Healing God vs A Plaque god would make for an epic battle. - He would also outrank King of Beasts, Kaido as the GOD of Beasts
