Brook's Custom Vespa GTS Super Sport - Friends of Vespa Portland

Friends of Vespa Portland is back! And we have a cool heavily customized Vespa GTS Super Sport to show you that is owned by our friend Brook Rice. When Brook isn't having us mod the absolute hell out of his bike he carves pumpkins for The Pumpkin Display at West Linn and leads an annual Haunted Scooter Ride around the Portland area.

I don't know if we'll be able to film it while riding but if you look in the video description you'll see a couple videos about Brook. One of which is a video of the 1st year ride where the Oregonian reporter rode on the back of my scooter all night filming. It's pretty cool.

Great story and very similar here on the East Coast. I have a '21 Sei Giorni, '22 Triumph T-100 and a "14 Honda Fury. I love them all, but there is just something about riding the Vespa. If I had to keep only one, the Vespa would be it. At 6'4", you are correct, we look big on any bike. Stay well, ride safe.

Don’t have a link but it’s the SPEED COBRA HYPERSHOT EXHAUST in our notes. Not sure of 2021 fit. I think Brook bought it on his own and brought it to us for install. Do some googling for fit. Thanks for watching!

Sorry I have a question not related. But can I use my motorcycle oil in my buddy 150. Castro activo 1040

That motorcycle oil is fine. Car oil is used in Vespas. Difference is the motorcycle oil is for the roller bearings. So that oil should be fine for a buddy. Good luck and sorry for the delayed response.
