Hi there! My family makes quiche every thanksgiving morning!! Try heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. It helps the quick rise and not be as watery. I’m gonna try it with lobster this weekend!! Also try making your own crust. It’s so easy and the taste is soooo much deeper!!

OK Brook this was a great catch and cook! I am not sure it has been done but here is a challenge for you to tackle we all know and love comfort food and one of those is meat loaf which has been done so many ways. So the challenge is to make a seafood loaf can it be done? 🤔

Fisher, you are the Lobster catching KING! Evry lobster trip I see you guys go out on, you're always the best at catching the biggest and the most..... just AWESOME. Florida lobsters look very similar to a few species of crayfish (essentially lobsters) that we have here in Australia. I bet they taste very similar too. I love hunting around bombies for crays. I don't know if you guys call them bombies, its essentially a term used for coral outcrops. Great to see your Mum in the water too.
