I love how the side note to almost every workout is "you will not be able to look/do it just like this" but Brooke makes it look so effortless... gotta love her.

These are great exercises to improve stability and mobility as well, one of the things that I love about your training is that you emphasize the foundation A LOT and I'm quite impressed about your knowledge. I work as physiotherapist in a Crossfit box and the main prerequisites people don't have is lumbopelvic stability, oberhad stability and poor thoracic mobility with shoulder external rotation deficit. Also, it's been an awesome idea to show lower trapezius exercises and serratus anterior exercises should be shown in other videos due to its importance for the shoulder. Finally, I don't know if you've heard about the FRC method (Functional Range Conditioning) made by Andreo Spina. It's a method made to restore full joint mobility by doing active movements where you always have to activate the target muscles at the end of the ROM, it's great! Wish you a happy new year and hope to see you doing that well!

Brooke, when doing the deep squat with the band, and then the glute bridge, do you focus on the torquing action that Kelly Starrett espouses, or just a straight squeeze of the glutes? To me it's more effective using the torque. The muscles seem to naturally 'move' in this way. But, I'm just following Starrett's lead and wondering how you approach it.
