mobility is everywhere ^^ its not really yoga, its juste improving our humain capacity and capability

very true but the first part was a variation of a sun salutation routine and the other hip openers were taken from pilates too

@@itsHiizo Yoga means "union" and it is not necessarily just the postures that are done in most basic yoga classes as there are 70,000 postures. Yoga is about breathing and creating space (so hold for a minimum of 5 sec) so you can go just a bit further into a stretch and to do outside in nature is absolutely the best in becoming "one with your environment" aka "union".

Your lift technique is immaculate. No jerking motions just smooth and sustained effort.

OMG yes I loved this! I think a lot of bodybuilders and powerlifters like to brag about not being flexible because of their "mass" but in reality, its not the mass that's preventing you from being flexible, its the lack of stretching and warming up! Loved that you made this video!

The Voodoo floss bands have nothing to do with blood flow, yes that's a cool feeling but that's not why it's effective The bands are tight and elastic and when you move with them it's stretches and pulls apart all your soft tissues/fascia (one or the other, maybe both) and unsticks them from each other. making the area more mobile and pliable

Hey Meg! LOVED this video!!! Question, prior to squatting do you ever get the popping crunchy joints/knees? NO pain, just very similar to knuckles popping? Does it carry on throughout your lifts? Mine do, and it's more prominent w/out knee sleeves. Again no pain though.

The movement at 6:59 was like a miracle cure for me for some reason?....for the past couple of years now I have had a nerve problem were when I bend backwards slightly my legs go numb and weak therefore stopping me from doing any kind of backward bending exercises like bridge etc, I’m not sure what happened but when I tried it for the first time my legs did the usual by going numb and weak, the second time there was like a warm sensation going down my legs and no I didn’t pee myself lol and the third time there was nothing, but seriously I can now bend backwards and it don’t do it no more? I have been doing the progression exercises for the bridge movement and yoga for the last 6 months now to try and correct my problem and up until now there hasn’t been any noticeable improvement , I could only hold the bridge for roughly 1 or 2 seconds cause my legs would give way but for some reason now I can hold the bridge and any backward bending exercises without the my legs failing me?

what i have noticed is that stretching properly can "wake-up" your hips which are extremely important to squats and deadlifts. a lot of beginners (especially beginners without sports or fitness backgrounds) lack hip awareness. also dynamic stretching is great to warm the muscle and joints. Meg do you do any light cardio, like a 10 minute bike ride before lifting?
