I'm tired of these people talking about how Brooke "strayed away from God". If you listen to these lyrics, you'll find that they are uplifting and she does not bring shame to God's name in any way. In fact, she makes a few bible references in this song. You who hunger will hunger no more All the last shall be first Of this I am sure You who weep now will laugh again All you lonely, be lonely no more Yes, the last will be first Of this I'm sure In these lines, she's referring to how it will be when we get to heaven. She's comforting this "person" in her song with these promises that God gave us. You guys need to stop being so quick to judge. The bible does say be quick to listen and slow to speak. Come on now. You guys are supposed to be better than this.

The entire book you are quoting from is about the PERFECT work of Jesus and how we have ALL fallen short. @lozzymagoo ...love the Lord our God with ALL of our mind, heart, soul and strength and love our neighbor as ourselves. We must be sure to take up our cross daily and follow Christ wherever He may lead us. We must be sure to not only refrain from sin ourselves, but teach others the way of the Lord...being fishers of men.
