That was great!! Mobility and workout videos are awesome. I’d love to see some of those mixed in with the vlog material. Understanding the why’s and how’s of a workout and the muscle groups you are trying to work are great.

Very nice vlog!👍🏻👏🏻 I love the way you explain the workouts calmly, detailed and not too rushed. I had a lot of coaches who had just done that wrong and so I had done the exercises wrong in the beginning. Also the Naked Training has changed so much for me because of the detailed explanations! I had problems with my shoulder for a long time because I always seemed to do the exercises wrong, but with the naked training, the pain almost disappeared. I know I write this so often, but it's just the way it is, stay exactly as you are and don't change because you are just perfect!😍❤️ You really are an inspiration!💯

This was just a perfect video. You took the time to explain the ins and outs of what each move you are doing were and proceeded to tell us why and how it benefits you in doing so. I have seen so many videos and been with countless trainers and none really do what you do here. Thanks for the instructions and information you can never know how invaluable it is to someone like myself. As an old fat guy I have lots of little things wrong. So when I see stuff like this, that I can try, to help me get better at my workouts or just in general I love it. It's been hard on my body as I have gotten older. Now, finally working on my own fitness goals, I hit walls now I didn't when I was just 10 years younger. Whether it's my shoulder pain, my hernia or the pain in my knee I always seem to have to work around it. I have learned how better to do so and mange the pains as well. Having lost over 130 lbs in the past year I have learned so much just in diet and exercise that I never knew. Just a small thank you from me to you is all I can really offer but know this, you have helped to change the mindset of how I look at my fitness and that is something I can never forget. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Yes please 🙏 upload more videos with you teaching us movement. I recently had an emergency c section I am 4wks post op. Waiting to be cleared by my doctor meanwhile I am educating myself on how to excersise to strengthen my core after having my baby. I would be forever grateful if you upload more guided videos I am not picky they can be full body, upper body, and lower body too not only core. Please and Thank you. ❤🥰😘🙏

Great instruction! Alot of details to work through the movements, without it being long and drawn out information. I Just started the Naked program. Anyone thinking about it should go for it! Its legit👊💪! Begginer or experienced you will see results.

I am a fitness trainer, however I always LOVE seeing good quality workouts from others...we can all learn something new. BTW: Hips are my issue as well, and unfortunately now have had both replaced... so appreciate this video!

I love seeing your vlogs, but totally appreciate your coaching videos too. I am wondering, if you think about taking about your nutrition. In regards to that, I am curious, what YOU do, when you aiming for losing body fat or tightening up (even though you are tight as hell😉). Just would love to hear you talking about your nutrion and needless to say that it's not about coping Macros, as we all know that we are all different. Appreciate your comment back.
