When you said, "when you've worked in hospitality for long enough, you love those really busy challenging days until you don't and then you do again" it resonated with me SO DEEPLY. I go through phases where I crave for those really busy weeks where there's purpose & pressure, but then it turns into an every week affair and Im like.. ok this can stop now. Then it does stop and I feel unsatisfied with the quietness of a normal work day. Anyhoo, loved the video! You're inspiring me to show a bit of the BTS of a day in the life of a (home) bakery owner :) Hopefully, one day, I'll have a gorgeous bakery and cookbook just like you! Such a role model to younger bakers, Brooki. Thank you.

Have a pop up in Gatlinburg Tennessee, USA! I’m a local here and people all the time ask if there is a bakery here and unfortunately we don’t have any here ! We have about 14mil people come visit from all over! It’s the great smoky mountains national park. Lots of people come for all types of different things ! 😊
