I could of sat here and watched for hours. Loved how she explained everything and her olive oil cookie with the balsamic vinegar cream and peach paste filling ice cream sandwich cookie is something I would be willing to try because I do enjoy olive oil cake 👍🏻

If you guys haven’t already, you should check out Mottley Kitchen and/or Moss Cafe in the Bronx. Their baked goods are DIVINE. Mottley is in the South Bronx off the 6, and Moss is in Riverdale off the 1. If I’m not mistaken, I think Mottley does the pastries for the Ralph Lauren Cafe. My favorite is the maple crueler! They’re great!

It also allows you to do large batches of one variety at a time. If they were mixing and baking for a single cake at a time, they'd never be able to get ahead. It's time and cost inefficient
