The arcade machine and the "WHY ME?" scenes got me. The overlapping lore is spectacular, and if you've watched the previous episodes, you can get so much more interpretation out of the lines. Going from video to video, not knowing ehich one will be like this, can make these scenes feel like a splash of ice water in your face. We're getting closer to the end, to what's really going on. I can feel it.

I recall having a dream that was sort of like this (it’s a stretch but still) but without it being Brookhaven: It was a still, quiet day in a recently deserted town that a few investigators had been exploring. I, who was one of them had explored an empty giant building (alone so we could save time), that was oddly resembled to the mayor building of Brookhaven. There was no upstairs, no rooms, nothing, and a few working LED light strips in the tone of an unsettling dark blue and a couch. This would’ve been something I would have definitely brushed off if it wasn’t for the key detail I left out. There were posters plastered everywhere in the building, even in places that aren’t readable, and they were everywhere. There was a strange mix of being afraid and interest taken from everything there so I read the posters. Then it hit me. The posters were of manipulative propaganda of everything in the area that had been happening. Something bad was happening to all those poor people who might’ve believed that. after all that I woke up left on a cliffhanger lol I wish there was atleast more story to it since it was so interesting, y’all could probably brew up some good theories of what happened to that place tho since I was eager to know what was up, even till now

my interpretation of this video is substance abuse, the way everything started as normal, and can suddenly change into something much different, the randomness of all the events happening. hallucinations is definitely shown majorly in this video, and that is a main symptom of substance abuse, panic attacks from it at the end and in the other parts of the video, seemingly everywhere he goes. the breaking the carried glass in the arcade scene representing the mental state being as fragile as the glass broken. bonus, the cola vending machine in the beginning could representing the addiction and need for whatever substance, with the 'cola' being the first thing he gets after entering the town e1, saw a comment saying, " 7:47 Sign says Rat was now in the belly of the beast ". from what i get from that, it's the addiction fully taking over ratskewer, trapping him like 'in the belly of the beast' e2, at 6:34, "Coke" is the only visible item in the diner's menu, (not including the stretched out ones), the same coke he had gotten at the start of the video in the vending machine, and at 6:37 the camera is pointed directly at the coke dispenser
