Pay Attention Children! That's a real American working man in his natural environment. Soon to be extinct. Gets up every day goes to work and loves what he does. My respect goes out to these men. They truly built this country.

No we will never be extinct, have some faith, most of us don’t wear skinny jeans and eat soy and we are proud Americans.

We’re still here. Not going extinct

I remember being on a job in bow n.h. I was a boilermaker and my partner was an ironworker a behemoth of a man, a lot bigger than him. An iron worker from Tulsa Oklahoma, I was young he was older, his name was snotty he’s since passed away, fn legend.

i cant wait till i get in local 40's apprenctice program to work with my pops. Is ironwork on a bridge different from a building?? im doing non union on a bridge and i find its alot of rigging, unlike a building where u have cranes for all the steel. its also the biggest bridge repair contract ever in canada. so i guess its alrite for my first iron job.

Keep working hard, become tough as nails and maybe (if you prove worthy) you’ll meet a man like Jimmy. I doubt it, but don’t give up.
