This show has some of the funniest smash cuts/cutaway gags I've ever seen. It's also been long enough since I've seen the whole of this show that I've fully forgotten some absolute corkers of jokes and get to freshly crack up all over again. For example in this episode, Jake throwing his phone alarm into the toilet had me in stitches! 😂

It struck me that the commissioner's son was about to go to Duke and play lacrosse. In 2006 there was a scandal involving Duke lacrosse players and rape. Wikipedia says it was a hoax, but still I think this episode might be suggesting the kid might be off to do worse things.

I'm loving your reactions!! I cannot wait for the next episode! Like you said jake is very childish and does mistakes but throught the whole show you will see a lot of character growth and like you said we can see that he always has good intentions and when he does mistakes he learns from them, he owns up to them!
