5x17 HAS THE GREATEST COLD OPEN OF ANY COMEDY SHOW EVER!!!! The perfect balance of both light hearted and very dark comedy that perfectly describes Brooklyn 99!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 As for 5x18, here are the reasons this is one of the funniest episodes of Brooklyn 99: 1) The freaking hilarious cold open of Mad Max: Food Truck Road. WITNESS ME BLOODBAG!!!! 2) The return of Adrian Pimento and his crazy eyes 👀, as well as his crazy ass stories. “The trick to fighting a bear, headbutt them in the penis and push them over a cliff.”🤣🤣🤣 3) Cheddar in freaking adorable clothes. 4) Twitter deactivating Holt’s account because they think he’s a bot. “Why? I’m a human, a human male!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 5) Pimento railing into Jake and Charles for not staying in touch. Seriously I wish they kept Jason Mantzoukas as a series regular. Can you imagine him at all the things they mentioned?!🙏 6) Amy in a wedding dress that is not only incredibly gorgeous but that has a sash which she can use like freaking Jason Bourne! 7) Cheddar in a beret!!

Nasim Pedrad playing Jake’s sister actually creates a universe whole since the show had a crossover with New Girl and she is a recurring character for multiple seasons of New Girl-she marries Winston. (This is the second time of this too cause Damon Wayans Jr was a guest star a few seasons ago)

If you like Jason Mantzoukas my first intro to him was on a show called the league and he basically plays a more unhinged version of this called Rafi. He's introduced in season 2 it's an amazing show that is about a fantasy football league but really it is just a backdrop for hilarity with a lot of good comedy actors and writer: Nick Kroll, Mark Duplass and Paul Scheer are 3 of the main cast
