omg, when I clicked on this video and started watching, I thought I was watching a short by some major film production house and thought what an amazing film it was. But then midway into the film, I started reading the comments section and realized you were an uber young guy whose handiwork this was. Excellent short story especially near the end when the bigger boy is about to push the lad off or so it seems. Real gripping and the political message and feelings towards a long standing part of history between the English and Irish. Spectacular views of the beauty of Ireland. Would love to visit having ancestral blood lines from all 4 countries and being an Aussie that is not hard to come by. Well Sean Treacy hope you produce some more short stories :-)

Sean Treacy - - - I teach a film appreciation class for seniors (people over age 55) in Rockford, Illinois USA. I downloaded your excellent film, "Brother", from KZbin and plan to show the film to my class. I try to show one or more short films along with a feature film at my Thursday class every week during the 12 week semester. (Showing Who Framed Roger Rabbit this coming Thursday. Last Thursday and the first day of the class I showed Charlie Chaplin in Modern Times.) I often try and present at least one director of a feature or a short film during the class period (1pm to 4pm Central Time) either in person or via Skype so students in my class can ask questions and the director can talk about their film. I've never presented a person so young but your film is so well done I just can't resist asking you if you would be willing to talk about your film and answer questions from my students. The entire conversing time would be about twenty minutes long. One of my partners here will set up the equipment so the conversation can take place on Skype. Your image would be shown on our regular screen in our large classroom. I will show "Brother" the week before the conversation takes place. Is Skype available for you to use and would you be available to converse during the time period described above? I will wait until I receive a reply from you before I suggest a time and date for the Skype conversation with my class. I hope this can be arranged because I know my students will be both impressed with your film and the fact you were only 13 years old when you made the film! Ron Johnson
