On one hand, I really want this movie to get a remake since it could be amazing and it could remind people of the original film... which is unfortunately forgotten. On the other hand, this film doesn't really need a remake since the original nailed everything, from the visuals to the story... and Disney can really screw it up. This is how the remake should be done: The story - The same as original, there isn't really much (or anything) to improve... however additional scenes of Kenai and Koda bonding would be nice. Imagine a scene where Kenai defends Koda from a pack of wolves or sabretooth tigers. I think the remake should be a bit darker than the original film. The music - It should be exactly the same as in the original movie. The songs should NOT be remastered but simple reused. The camera work - Oh gosh, we don't need cuts every two seconds like in the Mulan remake. The director - I'd go with Jon Favreau (because he can make good films that focus on animals) or Genndy Tartakovsky (because he's a GOD of visual storytelling). CGI - It should put Lion King's CGI to shame. I don't hate the film and I'm not gonna hate it just because animals don't show emotions but in Brother Bear remake they should be equally expressive as humans. CGI in Lion King looked beautiful... the only problem is saturation... or... the lack of it. The film just isn't colorful enough and if it was more saturated, it would look even better. Disney... DON'T SCREW THIS UP.

Me too and maybe give some back story to Sitka, Denahi and Kenai maybe show them as kids with their parents and also maybe change the middle part of the movie more and change the ending too.

Does someone know when are they going to produce the live action? It was suppoused to be for 2020 but due to the pandemic it was not possible. Later on, it was postponed for 2021 but I don't think that will happen during the rest of this year
