Damon was in drop D tuning by accident and realized it after the second chord. Made a quick chord adjustment to make sure he would still be in key and fixed his tuning during the 1st verse. Total Pro!! Love this guy!

Stuff like this amazes me about the man. If you weren't looking, you might not have even known. Retuning the E while singing and never missed a beat... Tons of folks that make a living doing it can't even tune without help... Or play and sing at all... That was good stuff.

Damon Johnson.... From chyld to brother cane. Our local hero from Geraldine Alabama. Followed them from Shakers in Guntersville to the Warehouse in Gadsden to the Nick in B'ham. Great guy and musician....

I got to see these dudes play at Ooak Mountain Ampitheater in the early 90s . This is one of those songs that are stuck in my head for life. They rock.

Damon is a straight up bad ass. This one of my favorite favorite songs by any artist of all time. Known DJ since he was gigging in BHam, and he is just a good dude. Go get'em, Damon!
