1:14: I recently bought a Brother CS7000x and noticed a small wire inside the thread guide. When I unpacked the sewing machine, the wire was tangled in the plastic packaging. At first, I thought it might be a defect, so I contacted Brother. I'm still waiting for their response. I'm glad to see your machine also has that wire, even though it's not mentioned in the operation manual. What is its purpose?

@civilizeddiva This wire indicates to the machine once the thread is in this wire that you can press the threader lever down and securely thread your thread. I hope that makes sense. 😅
