Boss tanong lang po ako, meron po ako g canon ip2770 ang issue po nyah ay ung black cartridge meron naman pong nalabas na black sa cartridge nyah at nare recognize naman po sya kaso pag priprint na po ng black ay ayaw po. Ano po sira nyah. Salamat po

hi jayson, defective na ink cartridge nyan. possible cause thermal head ng ink cartridge not functioning o ayaw na mag eject ng ink.

goodday sir ask ko lang po kung pano ayusin yung pixma TS207 5b00 error code ginawa ko na lahat ng tutorial sa youtube kaso wla parin. after ko i reset mag offline sya sa pc then pag ni restart ko nmn babalik yung error code na nilinis ko na din yung internal ng printer kaso wla parin sana matulungan nyo ko wla na kong mahanap na tutorials sa net. salamat po

for now po no resetter tool pa for ts207. even yung ibang model ng canon like mg2570s mg3070s.

gud afternoon sir may ganyan akong brand ang problema nung printer ko ay ayaw nyang kumain ng paper pagkuha nya mula sa paper tray hanggang kalahati lang tapos mag error na.. san kaya po ang problema sa rubber nya?

hi ariel, good eve, try mo mag copy at magfeed sa bypass tray kung same din ba magstop sa half yung papel. if same problem thru cassette & bypass tray, possible issue sa roller naman sa loob. pero kung ok naman sa bypass tray, possible faulty yung pick roller at yung partner nya na separation pad.

sir ask naman ako dcpl2540dw din printer ko, ung error nya is jam, nung nacheck ko ung papel ay nasa gitna lang.. nagfeed sya hanggang gitna lang ayaw tumoloy, ano kaya pwede solusyon..

first na ginagawa ko is linisin yung pick up roller at rubber pad with cloth na may alcohol. possible na madulas. isama mo na rin yung rubber rollers na dadaanan ng papel.
