Does these MFC-L27 Series have a Paper/Pickup-Solenoid causing Paper-Jams like on other models? Couldn't find one by now...

Author here accurately points out that the COMMONEST issue is the 'take' up of the edge of the paper between the lower (Blk) rollers, and the upper (Wht) rollers; and goes on to creatively 'tightens' the load on the Bk rollers. HE LEAVES OUT that it is actually the 'UNCLEAN' Wht rollers (difficult to access), that the physics of the initial paper pick-up that is failing. ACCESS these rollers (open the top), open/shut lower door to 'cycle,' and clean them with alcohol-sharp edge (knife. chisel) and THEN see it you clear the ongoing issue.. BEFORE his technique is engaged. [CLEAN/scrape the White rollers fist!]

sir pano po pag ang paper jam nasa ilalim ng drum unit naka pag full print sya pero di sya kinakain pa taas para mag feed. tapos yung print nabubura pa kasi di pa dumadaan sa heater.. thanks in advance sir.
