Hello. I have trouble setting up the network. I can no longer use the usb cable because the motherboard is damaged (or that's what the service guy told me). I can still see the display on the lcd and the printer is working fine. I just need guidance to connect it to my laptop. TQ

Hi Amirah, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, this machine can print a minimum of 76.2mm x 127mm (3x5inches) from the MP tray at the front. However, the maximum media handling weight is 163gsm and so you need to ensure the cards are not too heavy. I hope this helps. Thanks The Printerbase Team

Hi Amirah, no problem at all. Unfortunately not, you can only print these from the MP trays of the Brother machines and generally they are the only ones that you can do it on. Sorry we couldn't help any further with this. Thanks The Printerbase Team

Hi Jeff, thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in response. Unfortunately this model only prints in mono and is an A4 model so won’t be suitable for what you need to do. This printer sucks I just got it and completely failed to realize that it doesn't take copies... this is the 1rst printer that I've ever had that doesn't take copies so I just took that function for granted assuming that they all take copies... my mistake in purchasing this item
