So where does her husband fit within all of this? Is she the main character? And sacrifices have to be made specifically around her? Why does he have to be taken away because SHE "didnt get" it? See, YALL just talk. No logical consistency, you have the right to believe in whatever you want to believe in, just like everyone else has the right to ask questions and believe otherwise if said answers don't make sense. The problem is everyone believes they're the main character in life, that the things THEY believe in is more truthful than what anyone else believes. Also, the Holy Bible is just one of hundreds of religious scripture, have you READ ALL SCRIPTURE??? Then you don't get to look down on someone who hasn't read the book YOU believe in. Educate yourself on EVERYTHING or you're JUST TALK. We as humans don't know shit and we'll be long extinct before we do. But since you clearly DONT read, I don't expect you to have made it this far in the comment.

This story is so sad and unfortunate. My heart truly goes out to this young lady. I’m not a victim of these particular circumstances. However, the similar dysfunction runs rampant in my family as well…which can go from 0 to 100 in a milli-second unfortunately. I’m a “ppl pleaser” too…especially when it comes to my family and ppl I love/care about. I don’t necessarily see anything wrong with possessing that characteristic, but it somewhat gives u a false sense of control imo bc it makes u feel as if u can control situations and etc/thinking things will not get out of hand in your presence. Which isn’t true bc bs sometimes pops off without having time to intervene and/or being not able to altogether. Her story hit me so hard, and I think it’s bc I identity immensely with all the family dysfunction. My heart truly broke for her, and I cannot and will not judge this woman. Regardless of how ppl feel things should have been handled is neither here nor there…just pray for her as she continues trying to maneuver through the tragic aftermath bc no one is perfect. It’s easy to say what u would or wouldn’t do after something life-changing like this occurs, but majority of the time logic tends to go smooth TF out the window when you’re actually in the thick of the buffoonery. Trust‼️ I’m asking that everyone just prays for her bc what’s done is done at this juncture. I’m sending nothing but prayer, love, light, and healing energy to this woman. #GODis🙏🏽

So... If her brother has bipolar issues.. anger problems, basically, and have beef with your fiance since the past. Why are they all hanging out and drunk in the same space? I say that because my brother is the same way. Whenever there's a family function, I dont go. Our sister doesn't go either. It's always drama. She knew better but was too caught in the moment. Her fiance started it when he slapped that man, knowing he had an anger problem. In this day and age, everyone is quick to pull out something, which is sad because we can't go anywhere and have some good ole fashion fun without a fight leading to a death.

@trappinanonymous Tragic story but Great interview. I appreciate the questions you asked and how you challenged her with different perspectives, accountability etc. As it pertains to the why me? Interview I didn’t see that from you. It felt that you didn’t challenge her or hold her accountable. Barnes spoke as if she just went out to eat and got into an accident. Wasn’t a mistake but rather a bad choice by drinking and driving.

I’m not even 10 minutes in and I just feel so upset I’m so sorry this happened to her and that she had to go through something like this that will forever change her life but the fact that she knew her bf and brother has had past beef she should’ve never had them around each other in the first place she knows how her brother is and how he acts when he drinks and still brought him around and provided the alcohol smh this is so sad I wish she made better choices again I understand I shouldn’t speak on something I’ve never been through because you just never know how you will handle a situation when it happens in the moment but this could’ve been avoided but on a serious note the word family doesn’t mean anything because those same people will backstab you worse than a stranger on the street my heart goes out to her and her fiancés family this is so sad

I’m so blessed to have the most levelheaded husband, brothers and brother in laws. My husband married me when I was 18 he was 19, we’re now 35 and 36 and neither of my 6 bothers have ever even came close to arguing with my husband. They all hang out and get along so well plus my husband 5 brothers and my sister’s husbands. All of those men be together here and there and NEVER bump heads. They’re all amazing husbands and fathers 🙌🏾🙌🏾. I love my tribe and this makes me love them even more because they have a lot of respect for one another and all of us women that are involved. I’m so sorry for your loss sweetheart!

Great story: I pray she find healing and comfort. At some point you have to let the hood lifestyle go it only bring destruction. I think the whole family needed therapy. Past trauma can cause sum ppl to make irrational decisions.

Girl please!!!! Your Fiancé was WRONG for KNOWING that man was Drunk and he still Slap TF out of that man. What was he expecting for that man to fight him knowing he was going to lose because he was drunk. Come on now! No matter how you feel YOUR Fiancee was the Aggressor no matter what your brother said your fiancee had no right to put his hands on that man. Honestly if I was your brother I would feel some type of way that you are holding a grudge towards me for not letting your fiancee beat tf outta me. This was just an unfortunate situation.

Why? She had already cheated…. She did right by leaving, it just didn't go in her favor in the long run! everything happens for a reason make no mistake about that.
