I do not understand the language but I hope you get 10 million or more views. This is an awesome video, explained carefully and masterfully. You do need to understand the language,the video is work 10,000 words. Thank you. On mine the contact plate the gets pushed by the tray had moved and all I had to do was slide it back. Had no idea that side panel can me removed so easily. Just make sure to remove the screw in the back.

I didn't fully understand tagalog, but what I got out of it was there is an issue with the sensor. I have a Brother MFC-7365DN and the set up to his printer was the same. In order for me to take out the side panel, I had to remove one philips screw in the back. Where he was pointing on the main unit, there is a white plastic piece that is held up by a spring. My white plastic piece was loose, so I removed the round gear (with the blue cable) like he did. I also removed the spring and then repositioned the loose, white plastic piece sensor so that it was snug against the round white plastic gear on the main unit. Once that was in place, I put the spring back in to hold up the white sensor. The machine worked like a charm! I no longer have to manually feed one sheet at a time in the front!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for taking the time to show us how to fix this old printer that still is a workhorse!
